The atmosphere inside 68 Quán is cozy and inviting but maintains a modern, clean aesthetic. It’s the kind of place where locals come for casual dinners without fuss, enjoying both the communal aspect of hot pot and the tactile fun of BBQ grilled meats. The dining space includes private rooms, which is perfect for those wanting a bit more privacy or a quieter gathering, something local diners seem to appreciate.

Quality is a consistent highlight here. The meats served for BBQ and hot pot are noted for their freshness and good portion sizes, which keeps groups satisfied. Vegetables and mushrooms often complement the hot pot, offering variety and balance across the dishes. Aside from the main courses, the snacks and sides provide a good range of traditional Vietnamese options, such as grilled squid and crispy chicken feet, which add interesting textures and tastes to the meal. Came here with my boyfriend and honestly I didn’t expect much at first, but we were both so impressed! The place is cozy, the food is amazing (especially the meat, sooooo good!), and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Such a great local spot for anyone around the Sunshine area who doesn’t want to travel far for quality BBQ and hot pot. We’ll definitely be back!

Bbq and hotpot place but only ever had hotpot here. We had the crab soup base with seafood, vegetable and mushroom baskit. Seafood isn't frozen and comes fresh plus the soup base is flavoursome. There are also private rooms if you wish to not dine in the public area. Nice local place and been back here 2 times already. Definitely give 68 Quan a visit you won't be disappointed.

Great little spot in central sunshine. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, prices are reasonable and the all you can eat for $39.99 is really great value. Restaurant is modern and clean and ample street parking. I will be back!

Thank you Quality food, incredibly welcoming staff, and owners who make you feel like part of the family the moment you walk in. The whole experience feels like dining in Vietnam. The place is cosy inside, but they also have a large outdoor area and an upstairs section that can cater to bigger groups and events, which makes it perfect for any occasion. The menu has so many different options that we honestly wanted to try everything. The staff were great and recommended the all-you-can-eat set price so we could enjoy both the BBQ and hot pot. You can cook the food yourself just the way you like it, or the staff are more than happy to help. It’s very family-friendly, perfect during the week or on weekends, and ideal for date nights too. Anyone who understands and appreciates quality food will love this place. The vibe and atmosphere are amazing. I dined in with my girlfriend, and we will definitely keep coming back. The chicken ribs entrée they prepare and cook for you are absolutely to die for — honestly some of the best in all of Melbourne. Don’t forget to check out their homemade yogurt and homemade drinks — the whole drinks menu is something that takes every meal to another level. So refreshing and unique. This restaurant is a true hidden gem: relaxed, chilled, not uptight, and full of warmth. Well worth the 5 stars — if anything, they deserve even more. Great service, great recommendations, and high-quality BBQ and hot pot that you won’t forget. I highly encourage everyone to visit and experience it for themselves. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review – 68 Quán Vietnamese Hot Pot & BBQ (Sunshine North)

We went around 10:30pm and the customer service was very nice! The food overall was good too I didn’t regret any of my orders for the first time in awhile. I personally enjoyed the seaweed and tofu soup and aswell as the chicken feet. Would totally come back here again! It costed around $150 for the three of us but we kinda did order plenty so it was worth it
